Shipping policy

Calzaturificio Dover S.r.l. delivers worldwide, provided that the delivery address is reachable by the shipping service utilized by the company.

Calzaturificio Dover S.r.l. only delivers to the user's provided home address at the time of purchase.

Delivery is typically made within 2-3 working days for Italy or within the normal delivery times of the shipping carriers for international orders. If no delivery date is specified, it will be made within the estimated timeframe chosen at the time of delivery method selection and, in any case, within a maximum of thirty days from the confirmation date, exclusively for Italy.

In the event that delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the depot. In such a case, a notice will specify the location of the order and the methods to arrange for a new delivery.

If the buyer is unable to be present at the delivery location at the scheduled time, they must contact the seller again to establish a new delivery date.

If delivery cannot take place due to reasons beyond our control, after thirty days from the date the order is available at our warehouses, we will assume that the contract is intended to be resolved.

As a result of the resolution, amounts will be refunded net of transport costs within 7 days from the contract resolution date.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are as follows per shipping location, unless expressly stated at the time of order:
- Europe: 20.00 euros
- UK & Norway: 35.00 euros
- USA / Far East: 50.00 euros
- Other Countries: 90.00 euros
The above-mentioned costs do not include any customs duties.
